Monthly Rentals in Dakota Dunes

Our week-long stay was wonderful. The cottage is super comfortable and just like home, and the location is peaceful and beautiful. Kris was very responsive to any questions we had, but we had complete privacy. We would love to stay there again.

Another GREAT stay at one of Stephanie's houses. We could not say enough good things about her houses or her hospitality. We stay with her every time we are in Sioux City. We would not stay anywhere else!

This was a great location for our visit with our college boys at Morningside University. House was clean and fit our needs.

I ended up enjoying this stay more than what I expected. I was in town for work and initially had other plans for the few days I was here, until mother nature decided differently. A small snow storm came through and plans changed a bit. I was still able to work remotely from the house. I loved the simplicity of the home. Very organized. Very clean. Quiet/peaceful neighborhood. And Alexa was very accommodating and thorough with instructions. The next time I come to town, this will be the first place I check availability for, as an option to stay.
