This location is about 1.5 miles to the beach and features a great walking path that winds along the Monarch Golf Course under Pacific Coast Highway and ends at the Ritz Carlton. We completed this full top-to-bottom renovation in June 2016 with all the details to best anticipate your needs, as if we ourselves were staying there. We hope you will feel right at home quickly, so you can start relaxing and make the most of your time here. This is a quiet top-floor 2bed/2bath condo that comfortably sleeps 5 (1 king, 1 queen and 1 roll-away bed). The kitchen is immaculate and fully stocked with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to cook a feast. In the living room, enjoy lots of comfortable seating, a cozy gas burning fireplace, a large flat screen TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio. If you prefer to be outside, soak up the sun at our impressive pool or enjoy any of our 2 Jacuzzi's. The condo comes with 1 parking spot, but the community has ample free parking if you need more. Take a 5 minute drive to beautiful downtown Laguna Beach or Dana Point Harbor. There is also a open air trolley at your service less than a mile from the condo ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is also conveniently down the street from Cinepolis Luxury Cinemas, Starbucks, 2 grocery stores, and many great restaurants. PLEASE NOTE we do not allow any type of parties or loud noise after 10pm in the home. This is a quiet community with neighbors close by so any violation of this rule will result in early termination of your reservation without refund. If you're headed to Laguna Beach, take advantage of the open air trolley located less than a mile from the condo, ready to take you into Laguna Beach for free. The condo is easily accessible and located on the ground level, so there are no stairs involved. The parking is a covered carport located a few steps away from the condo front door.
