This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.
