The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely balcony and outdoor shower. In the 15 sqm cottage there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, porcelain, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck, there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen, where you can go by ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

Well-planned and fresh studio apartment with a private entrance. The 24 m² apartment includes a hallway, bathroom, wardrobe, dining area and kitchenette. Just outside the entrance, you'll find a private south-facing patio. An extra full size bed will be provided when booking for 3 guests. The apartment is centrally located, just a 7-minute train ride from Stockholm Central and within walking distance to Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia. Easy access by car with street paid parking available.

Cottage close nature. 15 min to Sthlm. Up to 4 ppl

This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Cottage by the sea

Unik stuga i vattenbrynet. Ljus nordisk stil med idel naturmaterial. Genom de stora fönstren ser du citypulsen på andra sidan sjön. Morgondoppet tar du på den egna brygga och frukosten avnjutes på randen till Saltjsön när vädret tillåter. M/S Kung Ring tar dig till Ropsten och vidare in till city. Inom 20 minuter är du på Stureplan. Efter en match på Tranholmens förstklassiga tennisbana är en bastu och bad i Saltjön stärkande.

Surroundings with beautiful walking trails in the nature and only 5 min walk to public swimming in the sea either from cliffs with a ladder to the water or a small beach suitable for smaller children. Two bicycles available to rent during your visit.
