"Le Coteteau des amis" is an old farmhouse from 1850 leaning on a hillside dughed with several cave wineries. Tastefully renovated while respecting its rustic DNA, this 220 m² cottage has all the modern comforts for a warm stay. The set consists of 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms & 4 toilets (including 1 separate), a jacuzzi area, a gym, a pool table, and a dining area + xxl barbecue in the garden. 5 min drive to all shops, and 45 min to the Châteaux of the Loire Valley.

On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.

This waterfront cabin surrounded by other fishermen's cabins is entirely made of wood. It is completely energy self-sufficient by solar panels for 1 to 4 people and will allow you to reconnect with nature or with yourself... It includes the living room, water view with a sofa bed, a wood stove, a sink with drinking water and cold only, a gas stove, a shower (pressure shower system), a dry toilet, a mezzanine with a 160 bed.
