Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

Willkommen in unserem charmanten 1,5-Zimmer-Apartment 🏡 im Herzen Bessungens – ruhig, geräumig und mit viel Tageslicht. Es befindet sich in unserem familiären Haus, in dem wir auch wohnen, ist aber komplett eigenständig. Die private Toilette liegt über den Flur. Zwei Zimmer auf derselben Etage werden von Familienmitgliedern genutzt. Gute Anbindung: 5 Min. zur Tram, 20 Min. in die Innenstadt oder ins Grüne. Laufnähe zur TU Lichtwiese. Parken meist direkt vor dem Haus möglich.

My boathouse is a place of rest and relaxation. It invites you to be completely for yourself, to forget everyday life is located in a small village between Darmstadt and Frankfurt. A loft with fireplace, sauna, 12-meter pool and garden. Individual gastronomic care can be booked. You can also cook in the fully equipped boathouse kitchen. Arriving by car is easy and safe parking on site is included.

My accommodation is close to public transportation, parks, and the city center. You will love my accommodation because of its coziness. A very comfortable bed, quiet surroundings, yet central. My accommodation is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There are two separate bedrooms. NON-SMOKING APARTMENT!!! Smoking is also not allowed on the terrace.
