Holiday rentals with breakfast in Datça Mahallesi

Definitely on the list of my favourite stays ever! Triantafyllos's charming little house stay is exactly what everyone needs to experience! To get lost in time and live a Greek fairytale. And for the host, I never ever ever had a better one!

Great 1st floor apartment located very centrally but avoiding the noise of the waterfront. The rooftop terrace is an amazing, spacious and well equipped place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Symi. With windows/doors/balconies on three sides, you can get a draft through the house and find other spots to sit out to enjoy sun or shade as preferred. Wonderful personal welcome off the ferry by Andrea’s mother. The fridge was already stocked with initial provisions. Any issue and Andreas was extremely responsive. We’ll hopefully be back! A huge thank you from us.

Dawn's home is an unusual find in Symi, in that it's spacious with generous outdoor space, and its own splash pool - not many places in Symi will give you that. On top it's got a lovely view down the Pedi valley and has an almost out of town feel as it's on the outskirts of Choria. It's decorated in a charming personal way, and has all the facilities you'd want. Numerous outdoor seating and lounging areas, well equipped kitchen, and air con and fans in the bedrooms. It's about a 15-20 min walk down from Dawn's place to Symi port where a lot of the action happens - restaurants, bars, water taxis, shopping - it's an amazing passage called the Kali Strata which saves a lot of hassle driving in, but it's a lot of stairs - especially coming back, although they are well spaced. View it as good exercise around all the wonderful eating and you get into it. Last point is that Dawn stays in a cottage under the house so it's not completely private, but she is super friendly and helpful.

We felt incredibly comfortable in the Eliah House - for us and our vacation it was the perfect place to stay!! It is a quiet, beautiful and authentic place, from where we could make good excursions to get to know the island and people, visited different beaches but also had the opportunity to have a nice time for us away from the tourist hustle and bustle, cooking, eating, reading... to enjoy the beautiful views and magnificent sunsets. (For this, you should definitely plan time and not always be on the go.) The furnishings, house and surroundings were as described and in the best order and cleanliness. John was always reliably available, helped us and gave us good tips. We were warmly welcomed, well cared for (THANK YOU for everything!!) and felt very welcome.

Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran are two people in the world that we are very happy to know. The house we stayed in was spotless and very cozy. The view was huge. There was everything we needed, we had a very enjoyable holiday. The pleasant conversation and friendlyness of Mr. Hasan and Ms. Nuran made our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend this apartment. Super cozy little studio with a huge terrace and a great view to enjoy meals on, very clean and the bed was really comfortable. The host was super nice and check-in and -out were very relaxed. The location is great too since it's very quiet and peaceful, and with the bike (that you can borrow for free!) you're very quickly at the beach or the nearby flamingo lake. There are multiple shops nearby and a bus that goes to kos town twice a day (maybe even more often during summer), so you can explore the island.

Fantastic stay at Haris’s beautiful place. He was super helpful about transfers to and from the port. Great restaurant downstairs and amazing terrace right over the sea. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay, Antonis is a super helpful person in every way! Everything was clean and fine.

The studio is nice and cosy sourrounded by other beautiful little houses that share a yard. Michalis is a great host and he running the tavern next door (which you cannot hear) serving excelllent food. Marmari beach and a supermarket are in walking distance and Tigaki beach about 15 minutes away by car. The interior of the house is nice and modern with a second apartment on top for other guests. However, if you want to cook there is only one plate on the stove and if you have children, there was no plastic tub available, so you have to manage somehow using the shower. But apart from these minor inconveniences, the place is worth a trip! You can have a coffee in the morning while the sun comes up over the mountaintip.

"Captain Pavlos apartments" are small and cozy vacation rooms made by family. It is a quiet place with a distance of about 250 steps to the wild sandy beach. Pavlos was very friendly and helpful. We always felt welcome. It is possible to rent bicycles, scooters and cars to low prices in the house. The distance to the center of Kos Town is about 4 kilometers. The day we arrived we were surprised with barbecue and Greek live music. That was an a special high light for us. You can have breakfast in the restaurant or make it yourself in your room. You can have lunch and diner. You can have a good daily menu for a cheap price ore some other dishes. The rooms are big enough and very clean. Every window is ensured against mosquitos. The sleeping room is equipped with air condition. Many lovely details make the environment pretty fine and cozy. Thank you Pavlos. We like to come again.

All perfect! Apartment nice, clean, perfectly equipped and in good position. Comunication easy and quick. It was our second time in Daphne's apartment and we were very well.

We had a very pleasant time in the holiday home, which is fully boutique service and overlooks Selimiye with a super view. I would definitely recommend the facility, which is operated by a gorgeous couple, not only for the summer, but also in cold weather due to its amenities such as fireplaces and stoves. The hotel has a spectacular landscape. you can watch all Selimiye and bay while enjoying your breakfast or coffee. The hotel is managed by a very warmhearted couple. They have also log fire in the rooms. You can prefer the hotel not only in the summer times but also it is a great choice in the cold winter days.

The Anchor House is such a perfect property that I almost want to keep quiet in order to keep it all to myself! Our stay was perfect from beginning to end, from the taxi transfers arranged to transport us from the harbour to the property, to our daily breakfasts under the light of the olive tree and dinner on the terrace with the most astonishing sea view. Without a doubt, the housekeeper Jenine is the reason this stay was so perfect - she organised every detail and helped us plan every day. She was a pleasure to chat to every morning and made us feel so welcome. This place simply felt like home - if only we could have stayed for longer. I cannot recommend this property enough - for Symi there simply is no comparison.

The Anchor House was an absolutely beautiful home.A gem in Symi. It was a most relaxing stay ,the bedroom so tasteful and the bed so comfortable.The living space so well appointed with different areas to relax in,in either shade or sun all with stunning views. The location is superb,near fabulous restaurants and a minute away from a little beach.Jeanie our host was simply amazing.Nothing was too much.She served the most beautiful breakfast in the morning and then with such enthusiasm helped with suggesting what we could do each day,from telling us about all the beaches,the times of boats and buses and suggesting restaurants and kindly reserving a table for us. We could not recommend the Anchor house more.

i thought a lot about this beautiful place and what I can write for Mr. Yilmaz and Ms. Üvet who is a guest, but there's not a lot to say.. Everything was magnificent, to be honest.. We were very nice, they helped us with everything.. The view is spectacular beyond, the rooms are very nice, clean, spacious and tastefully decorated.. especially the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast prepared by the base lady for the view was another nice taste. We will definitely cross our path again with these beautiful people and the amazing place.. we would definitely recommend it to you!!!
