We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. Our little "time out" is a lovingly furnished all-in-one apartment for 2 people in the middle of the castle community of Nordkirchen. The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. It impresses with its cozy and natural ambience, its sustainable furnishings and the central, yet quiet location. You immediately feel at home. WiFi and garage are provided for free

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Vacation home Am Dorn

The apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2020, is in the immediate vicinity of the Seppenrad rose garden. Shopping facilities such as supermarkets and bakeries are located 500 - 1000 meters away in the center of Seppenrade. The apartment is an ideal starting point for excursions, for example, to the Dülmen Wild Horses, Olfen Steverauen, Halterner reservoirs or the 100-castle route.

From this charming little place to stay, it is not far to the shops of the suburban district or to the Ruhr University Bochum. Fast bus to the city center, bus to RUB. Location on the first floor, private entrance, quiet*, in the countryside; private parking. The large arenas in Bochum, Dortmund and Gelsenkirchen are easily accessible by bus and train.

We offer two fully furnished, high-quality and identically furnished apartments in our attic. These have a bedroom with a single bed (90cmx200cm), a kitchen-living room and a shower room with toilet. Ruhr University, the German Lawyers Institute (Vita Campus), and the BioMedizinPark (IFK, Aesculap Academy) can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes.

Small but nice is the Schnuckelchen on the edge of the Ruhr area and Münsterland. Within walking distance are various shopping opportunities. There is the Maler Stern with outlet. A commercial area with supermarkets and a shopping street "Brassertstraße." The highway connection can be reached in 5 minutes.
