Modern, newly renovated 80 sqm apartment with balcony and unique views: The apartment is in the Marbach district. The city center is a 15-minute walk. It is located right on the edge of the forest and invites you to relax after a visit to the historic, lively Oberstadt. A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

As a former leather goods shop of our ancestors - the tanning family Weintraut - we now welcome you to the freshly furnished ground floor apartment of this historic house from 1530. The poet Dietrich Weintraut, known beyond the city limits, lived here in the 19th century.
