E' necessario avere un auto. Gli spazi esterni della casa sono videosorvegliati con telecamere a circuito chiuso. Il giardino è dotato di impianto anti zanzare con nebulizzatori ad oli essenziali. Non offre parcheggio, ma si trova facilmente vicino.
