Upstairs : a room with two single beds, a connecting double room, and a bathroom.

Pleasant 20 m2 fully equipped studio with garden and outdoor parking. Located in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is a 2-minute walk to local shops and a 5-minute drive to the commercial area (Auchan Plaisir, One Nation, Nike outlet, Adidas...) and many restaurants that I will be happy to recommend. We welcome you to this recent studio, independent of our home (only the entrance of vehicles is common), carefully decorated. This one is composed of a night part with a bed of 180 cm that can be divided into 2 beds of 90 cm. The studio has a desk area, a kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave grill, coffee maker, kettle… The entrance to the garden is sloping. We have a dog at our home that we can lock up if needed.
