Monthly Rentals in Deadwood

We had an excellent stay here during a January snowmobiling trip, and our group of four was accommodated very comfortably. Clean, quiet, well kept, and plenty of activities inside to enjoy at the end of a long day. If you're traveling in with a trailer or large/multiple vehicles, parking at this apartment unit can be a little tight, one assigned parking space and a couple of guest spaces that might or might not be available at times. We were able to unhook and park our trailer off-site for the weekend at the event we were attending, so fortunately this wasn't an issue for us. Nathan was also very helpful to suggest some other options for additional parking nearby if needed. Highly recommend!

We love staying in historical homes, this home was built in 1894. Even though it was an older home, there were modern amenities. The living room was cozy. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to stay close to downtown Deadwood. Everything was within walking distance.

If this spot is open and you're headed to Deadwood it is a must stay! Pet friendly and an awesome location to walk everywhere in Deadwood. Paid parking is available for an incredibly reasonable price otherwise public parking is close and again very walkable! Would stay here again for sure!

We loved our stay! The house was cozy & cute & comfortable beds. TV's in each bedroom & living room. The house is very well stocked with everything you could need. The location was great - walk to downtown - right next to the aquatic center (workout, pickleball, bball, raquetball, handball, pool, hot tub, sauna, walking track) - right by Mt Moriah for hiking & great view. Will stay again.
