The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

The village of Marina delle Nereidi is surrounded by greenery and overlooks a small rocky beach with pristine waters. You can relax in its pine forest equipped with shaded benches and games for children or end your day at the beach at the soccer field where you can organize a game of soccer with friends. House in the historic center, finely renovated, located on the second floor with a separate entrance accessed by climbing three flights of stairs. The surface area is 80 square meters: large living room with high ceiling, dining and cooking area; two bedrooms on the mezzanine floor, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined into a double bed; bathroom with tub and shower. Villa Buongusto is independent and tastefully furnished. The house is only 300 meters from the beach. With its 10 km of white sand, Costa Rei is one of the most beautiful bays in the Mediterranean and, as the Lonely Planet guide states, even in the world. The beach is white, the water is crystal clear and the seabed is very shallow - ideal for children.
