The last bastion of Einbeck

Our half-timbered house, built around 1550, is located on the longest adjoining half-timbered house street in Lower Saxony and due to its central location in the city center, all sights are easily accessible on foot in a few minutes. The coziness of the half-timbered house is immediately noticeable. It is very family-friendly and our capable property management is always available. It has three levels, with the bedrooms on the upper floors only accessible via narrow stairs.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

On the outskirts of the village of Stahle, district of the world heritage city of Höxter in the beautiful Weserbergland, directly on the Weserradweg. The small apartment (34 m2) is bookable for 2 to 4 people and has a living-bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. A large garden with sitting areas and sunbathing area can also be used. Smaller pets allowed. Directly close to the center of Holzminden!!! The apartment is centrally located and only a few minutes away from downtown and the Weser bike path. You can also walk to an Edeka market, the cinema and some restaurants. The companies Symrise, Stiebel-Eltron, IO/Glashütte can also be reached quickly. The train station is about 5 minutes away, bus stops can be reached in 2 + 4 minutes. The park on the ponds is just opposite.

In about 400 m you can already reach the R99 cycle path on the Weser. Shopping is about 150 m right around the corner.

The building, which was built in 1769, is proud to be the second oldest in Stahle and exudes a touch of history while offering modern comfort. The old building of the Rosenhof is lovingly preserved and is a listed building, which gives it a special character.
