Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Delaware County

We have stayed here more times that I can count. Bob and Jacki's place is a great get-away. Comfortable, cozy and so clean and well stocked for a longer stay. If you see how many times I left a glowing review you will see I mean it since we keep coming back. It is our go to spot when staying in the Catskills. Thank you as always, Bob and Jacki!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place matched and even exceeded our expectations. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s beautifully designed, very cozy, and everything works perfectly. The location is amazing—the house is set on a hill, which gives you a stunning view. The host was very helpful, provided clear instructions, and gave us a lot of great recommendations that made our trip even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely love to come back!

The apartment was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furnishings and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Perfect place for a weekend away in the Catskills. Walkable to restaurants and central location to local attractions.

Clean, spacious, and close to Belleyare. Dustin was very responsive and left clear instructions.

We had a wonderful stay at Signature Quilt B&B. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the snacks and breakfast were just what we needed. Cheri had delicious muffins waiting for us and was quick to respond at anytime. Cheri’s B&B is by far the best deal in the area. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about Esther's place! It was exactly as described and our kids loved the shuffleboard table. The surroundings are beautiful, and it was close to Plattekill and Belleayre for skiing.

This was such a lovely family experience, there is lots of space, a great selection of games, multiple comfy seating areas and a super useable kitchen. My kids are older, but i noticed the home was fully babyproofed, outlet covers etc. This really felt like staying in a much loved home. And Eileen baked us fresh bread and muffins!!!

Loved staying at Kim's place. It has a lot more space then the photos suggest but is also super cozy and warm. The decor is really well put together and creates a super fun atmosphere. We were set up really nicely, linens and bath towels, essentials, and the hot tub was heated up for when we arrived. It is a perfect place for skiing and après ski, only four minutes to the mnt and a sauna and hot tub are amazing after a long day of mountain fun. Loved the view of the river from the house and hot tub area. You can walk to restaurants, and everything is open during the winter, restaurants, market and liquor store, and Sam's for breakfast sandwiches. We had a great time and will definitely be back. A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.

Great spot for exploring with dogs! The neighborhood includes another house that I believe John shares with family and friends, so we weren’t entirely alone in the area—which I personally found reassuring. If you’re looking for complete seclusion, it’s a good idea to confirm this detail with John. Right behind his home, there’s a trail perfect for morning strolls, and the location is very accessible for road cycling, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It would also be a fantastic base for mountain or gravel biking adventures! John’s place was spotless, comfortable, and had a nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Highly recommend!

This place was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Any groups looking for a large spot with plenty of beds that allows you to play and record music…look no further! If I could give 6 stars I would! Thank you for such an incredible experience, Nick. We hope to come back in the near future!

We traveled to Cooperstown so my son could go to All Star Village to play baseball with his 12u baseball team. Prior to booking I reached out to Jori to make sure it was close. She was right that it was just about 8 minutes drive! We had checked in a couple days early, so everyone could relax before my son went off with his team. We found the local pool was open and had a fun time while it was lightly raining! Very close to the house, so that was a plus. The local restaurants were all very good and made the stay that much more fun. Jori replied very quickly during the stay.. and was very helpful. The kitchen worked nicely for the meals we prepared while we were there. Having a washer and dryer on site was a plus as well! We would definitely rent from Jori again if we're in the area!
