Relax in this unique and tranquil getaway with stunning views of Lake Passy and the surrounding mountains. Guests can enjoy a nice 30 m² duplex, located in a detached house, and its private garden. The apartment is composed of an open kitchen overlooking the living room, a bathroom, a bedroom with balcony and a separate toilet. Ideally exposed and located 5 minutes from Passy, 20 minutes from Chamonix, 10 minutes from the Saint-Gervais thermal baths and 15 minutes from Megève.

The cozy sleeping area features a spacious bed adorned with a patterned coverlet. Beside the bed, two bedside lamps provide soft illumination. A wooden cabinet supports a television, and a warm wooden wall adds to the inviting ambiance of the room.

At the edge of ski slopes and hiking trails, in winter you can leave and return on skis in the garden, and in summer you are on the GR5. Located on the heights of Les Houches, the place is close to bus stops for the village or Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. 15 min. from Chamonix by car.
