Juul Beach Loft, comfortable, right by the dunes

Waking up with the sound of the surf in the background. Open the doors to the French balcony and breathe in the salty sea air, with a sweeping view over the dunes. After a wonderful day outdoors, rinse the sand from between your toes in the brand-new, renovated bathroom (March 2026). This contemporary, warm loft (max. 4 people) offers luxurious comfort right on the edge of the dunes. In 10 minutes, you can easily walk to the wide North Sea beach and the cosy pavilion. Private parking space included!

Spacious and homely apartment in center, near sea.

Pleasant, spacious (70 m2) appartment on the whole groundfloor of my house with private, modest kitchen and private bathroom and access to a large garden (150m2) in the center of Den Helder. Walking distance to the sea, the trainstation (75 minutes to Amsterdam) and the ferry to Texel. Parking is free in a distance of 300 meter, and around the house is a blue parking zone here you can stand for three hours. Garage available to park your bikes inside. Supermarket one minute walking distance.

The apartment is located on the ground floor directly behind the huge sea dike of Den Helder. Here are beautiful sea views every day. The best view during the Sail Den Helder event! In the always cool sea breeze, the tough history of the area can be experienced up close, as well as the city center or the relaxed island of Texel. Within less than 1.5 hours drive (!) you will find some of the best tourist attractions in the Netherlands - such as Amsterdam. All well worth great day trips!

Located next to the bicycle and canoe route and 700 meters away from the dunes is this detached 2-person one-room apartment/studio. The apartment (with its own entrance) consists of a sitting room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Surrounded by a large terrace with lots of plants, you have a lot of privacy here. At the back of the large garden, on the canoe route, there is a terrace with a berth/fishing jetty. Pets are allowed.
