The detached house has been completely renovated (2021) and is located on a quiet holiday park and has a spacious garden around it. Nord 312 has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a box spring bed 180x200 cm, desk and open closet and the other room has two beds of 80x200 cm (possibly one of these beds can be made into a double bed) and open closet.
