Beautiful detached wooden house from 2017 with fantastic location against the dunes and 400 meters from the beach. The house is occupied by us and rented out to guests. During that time, we are not present ourselves. Our house is in the immediate vicinity of various (beach) catering establishments and the Napoleon Fort Kijkduin with sea aquarium and museum. On the ground floor, there is 1 double bedroom with bathroom and shower. On the 2nd floor, 3 bedrooms, of which 1 baby room and 2 double bedrooms.

Spacious (family) home near the sea

This cosy family home is in an ideal location. Located in the centre, within walking distance of the shopping streets. 5 minutes cycling from the dike (incl. Texel boat) and in less than fifteen minutes by bike you are on the beach! It is a very spacious house, cosily furnished and equipped with every comfort, although not everything is modern yet... but hey, that also gives it charm. On cold days, cosy up by the fireplace and on warm days, enjoy the garden (or the beach, of course).

Our beautiful holiday home with mobile Airconditioning is located in the small-scale bungalow park "Callantsogervaart," with nine peacefully situated houses, just 950 meters from the beach. The garden surrounding the house is 170m² and fully enclosed by a fence, ideal for children to play in or for your dog. If you'd like to enjoy a refreshing swim, you can do so in the indoor, communal pool at the adjacent recreation park. two free bikes are at your disposal to discover the area.
