Todd took my reservation very last minute and still made everything a breeze. Beautiful place with even better views. Lots to do in the area as well. 10/10 host! Definitely recommend this spot.

I stayed here almost two months and really enjoyed it. It’s a perfect studio for 1 or 2 people and is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing and the building/parking is very secure. Kelli is also helpful and great at communicating. Would love to stay again in the future.

The stay was wonderful and they were gracious enough to allow me to extend a couple times beyond my original booking. Very friendly hosts with quick responses and offered up additional supplies when I extended. Great area in RiNo to go and do different things nearby. Overall, it was very quiet, clean, and in a great location!

good stay! the flat could easily be turned into a 10/10 with (1) better cleaning and (2) water filter + new shower head. either way, location is unbeatable and the building is very convenient. Jason is great as well.
