Enjoy this peaceful spot surrounded by water on 3 sides of DeRuyter Lake in upstate NY. Set on a peninsula, this home has a lot of fun features, including a full lawn, screened in wrap around porch facing the water, outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, and seasonal private dock and boat slip. The Boathouse Restaurant is just a walk away. The friendly DeRuyter Lake General Store you can see from the porch windows on the south end. Please provide your own sheets, blankets, and towels. Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.

Enjoy this peaceful spot with your whole family on the water's edge of DeRuyter Lake in upstate New York. Lots of added fun with the fire pit, BBQ grill, deck overlooking the water, dock to jump off, a kayak and canoe. Please bring your own bedding and bath towels. There are two queen beds, one in each main bedroom, and a bunk bed with two twins in the third bedroom. You provide your own sheets, blankets, and comforters thanks. We have pillows on the beds.
