The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Start hikes and bike rides directly from here into the beautiful nature of the surroundings. Bicycles can be rented here. Visit farm shops and weekly markets close by. Stay in the teepee or experience the feeling of racing on the RC car race track right by the house. Snuggle up in a blanket and get comfortable on the sofa by the stove, read a good book from the large selection or drink a beer by the campfire. Everything is included.

The guest area (1st floor) with its own bathroom (1st floor) and communal kitchen (ground floor) is located in the annex of a quiet farmyard just outside (!!!) the village of Sande am Lippesee, 11 km from Paderborn, conveniently located near the A 33. Best to reach by car.

Our bright basement apartment is located on a hillside above Detmold and borders directly on the garden. The apartment offers you a separate entrance and a welcoming atmosphere. It includes a spacious living and dining room with terrace access, a bedroom, a private bathroom, and a small kitchenette for smaller meals. Please note that the apartment is not accessible. Our cat Pepe occasionally strokes around the house and could meet you in the garden

Villa Rosa - Garden

At the foot of the Hermann, in a central yet quiet location, is our newly renovated, historical villa on the Bandelberg. We have a gated park place for your car and a locked garage for your bicycles. The distance to the train station, the old town and the state theater is about 1 km. The University of Music, the summer theater and the largest open-air museum in Germany can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The Hermann monument is 3km away.

Relax and enjoy the recreational areas... you can do that in our bright, friendly apartment. In addition to a spacious living/dining room and a double bedroom, another bedroom with a single bed is available. On the pull-out couch in the living room, a 4th person to sleep. The large balcony, which faces south, is accessible from the living room and bedroom. An additional kitchen balcony invites you to morning coffee :-)
