Loft holiday rentals in Detroit

Great place. I loved the decor!

Well thought out space with a cozy feel. Great natural light during the day. Excellent location great restaurants and stores just minutes walking. This is a unique and historical nieghborhood. It’s quiet and great restaurants and grocery is within walking distance. Also quick 10 minute drive to downtown Detroit.

David’s place was exactly as advertised. Some complained about cleanliness, but the place was cleaner than most. It’s in a really great area, and the parking is secure behind a gate. There are coffee shops, local restaurants, and fast food places in walking distance, and his place is right above Midtown Market. If you have mobility issues, please note there are two flights of stairs you have to go up upon entering the building, so that’s a total of three flights when you include the stairs in the loft. I think there were other lofts and apartments, but I didn’t really hear anyone else. There’s a little street noise at night but nothing that would keep you up. It’s five stars all around.

We had a good time staying at Joseph’s , everything went easy and smooth.

10/10 Stay in a 10/10 Space! Don’s place was everything we hoped for and more. The location was perfect — just a short walk to Eastern Market and other Detroit gems. The loft itself is absolutely beautiful, with a sophisticated urban aesthetic and stunning views of downtown. Communication from Don was outstanding; even though we had no issues, he still checked in to make sure we were all good. Truly a top-tier experience from start to finish!

The location right by the river was so perfect since we love to walk , shops and restaurants in walking distance, the loft was just amazing to stay in . Will definitely be coming back

Beautiful, spotless, peaceful, private. Extremely easy check-in/check-out. VERY conveniently located near Q-line/Bus stop. Well stocked and nice amenities

Loved the location, very close to many things to do! The space in the Airbnb was much bigger and better than excepted! If we ever have to come back to this area we would definitely stay here again. The hot-tub was an added bonus for us!

Betty’s Place was incredibly clean, accommodating and well worth the price. The space felt like home away from home. The excitement of the nearby downtown added to the experience and the river walk being so close was top notch. During our stay we had a few questions and Betty was quick to respond and never left us hanging. We can’t wait to travel back to Detroit and stay at Betty’s place again and would recommend this air bnb to others.

We stayed here in July and when we decided to travel to MI for the holidays, this was the first place we checked for availability. It is close to kids and grandkids in Ypsilanti and Dundee. We love the local restaurants and bars. The Airbnb is beautifully renovated with a wonderful kitchen and living area.

Would definitely book again love this place!
