Close to food shops, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, and SNCF train station. (300 m from the church and 10 min drive from the Abbey of REIGNY for weddings). Wine region, where the "Cure" winds, for fishing and swimming enthusiasts. You will visit Vézelay, Noyers, Guédelon, St-Fargeau, Ancy-le-Franc, Chablis, Morvan Park.

Cozy house with gardens

Single-story house overlooking two gardens. The one to the south is private. The very large one to the north is shared with us... when we have small children. Each bedroom has a bathroom and toilet. A cozy place to enjoy the calm by the stove in winter. Comfortably equipped for cooking. Kids will love the donkeys, the swing set and the trampoline in the garden.

Our apartment is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the docks, Place de la Mairie and the clock, on a quiet one-way street with little traffic. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).
