Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

For a few days or more, and for the period from April to November, you will find a pretty small furnished house in Accolay (89) Common of both rivers, with equipped kitchen overlooking directly on a closed courtyard, WC and separate bathroom ( shower), living room with convertible sofa, 2 bedrooms with double beds of 140 x 200.
