It has its own kitchen with a fridge/ice box, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, two-ring induction hob ,table and chairs, two USB charging points and a Webber BBQ. We are 20 minutes from coastal areas 15 minutes from Barnstaple, the Tarka trail and Exmoor. Also their is a footpath to the local pub from the property. We are a small friendly family run business.
