Enjoy your vacation in the Sauerland in our lovingly furnished vacation home overlooking Lake Diemelsee, which is only 150 meters away!! The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Family-fun: playground, cinema and late checkout

Our apartment has a new playground outside the house, is five min drive from the lake and fifteen min from skiing town of Willingen. The 65 sqm apartment comprises a double bedroom, double sofa bed in the living room and a double sofa bed in the hallway. The bathroom has a child-friendly shower. It has a balcony and garden for relaxing. Bicycles, washer and drier are located in the cellar. It is ideal for couples and families, with children’s toys and a projector for watching movies together

Luxury vacation home on the lake

The luxuriously furnished holiday home (approx. 115sqm, 6-8 people (3 bedrooms + sofa bed) is located directly on the slope of the Diemelsee and offers a wonderful view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. The house is in the bottom row on the lake, so that no house in front of it takes away the view of the Diemelsee. Enjoy the peace and nature directly on site. If you want more action and sport, drive to Willingen, which is only 12km away, or to the equally popular town of Winterberg.

Old town apartment by the town hall

Newly renovated apartment with free seating in the courtyard right in the historic old town of Korbach - right by the town hall/upper market. Ideal place to relax, work quietly or as a starting point for many great leisure activities. Restaurants, pedestrian zone and the "green belt" or Korbach city park are within walking distance in 2 -3 minutes. The train station is 750 m away and can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.

The little black one! A charming cottage on the Musenberg. A beautiful colorful cottage garden welcomes guests. The covered terrace invites you to enjoy the outdoors. For grilling and cooking, use the outdoor oven. (Spring to fall) The bright house, which is converted into the roof, is decorated with a lot of love. Experience relaxing days surrounded by nature! Hiking and cross-country skiing right outside the door. Pets are welcome upon request. Maximum 1 dog.

The apartment

Our apartment has a beautiful view of the surroundings. From the panoramic window, or from one of the terraces. A terrace invites you to chill and is elevated right in front of the door. On the second terrace is the hot tub, grill, seating and fireplace. Parking is included. Wi-Fi is included. Our apartment is modernly equipped. 65-inch flat-screen TV and much more. The hot tub is heated and is there for your own use all year round. There are no other guests.

106 square meters of pure bliss in a fantastic hillside location with an overwhelming view relationship towards the lake and mountains! The fully massive family beds in both bedrooms let one or even two whole family(s) sleep more relaxed. The spacious games room directly adjoins the roof terrace with enchanting views of the lake. Located directly in the first row, you can easily reach all the sights and the swimming beaches around Diemelsee.

Farm vacation

Welcome to our Greitekenhof! In the middle of the green, quiet location but still the best starting point for activities, hikes or relaxing family vacations! Our family-run farm is home to ponies, rabbits and two lovely dogs and welcomes you! Our apartment invites you to linger and relax. Young and old will get their money's worth on vacation with us! Just come and visit us! Unfortunately, pony riding is not possible for insurance reasons.

Cozy bungalow on a quiet street, with a spacious living room, complete kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a sofa bed. Spacious bathroom with washing machine and dryer and a separate toilet. Large garden with veranda and multiple terraces, sauna and relaxation room, table tennis table and hammocks. Private driveway with space for several cars. To get to the house you have to go up a few stairs, but this is rewarded with a beautiful view.

The Mediterranean-style house "Bella Vista" is located on a sunny viewing platform above the lake, in the middle of idyllic nature, directly on the jungle path and offers a fantastic view far over the lake, the castle of Waldeck and the mountain ranges of the Kellerwald-Edersee National Park. The apartment "TOSCANA" is the "crown jewel" of the three apartments located in the house, which is elegantly and nobly furnished.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
