Our great family villa is located in a safe & quite area close to city center. The villa has two major living rooms, an open kitchen, a large terrace, great views and you can jump in the water directly from the dock in the garden. The water is very clean and lot’s of people swim daily. Amsterdam Ijburg is a child friendly. The streetcar (tram) is 3 minutes walk from the house and brings you in 15 minutes to Amsterdam Central Station. There are 2 free parking lots. Only families are accepted.

Big familyhome near Amsterdam

Welcome in a warm and comfortable familyhome very nearby Amsterdam. The underground (metro) or bussstop is very nearby our house and will take you in 8 minutes to Amsterdam Centre! But a real ‘Amsterdammer’ cycles to the city. With a bike, it will take you 15 minutes to reach the beautiful canals of Amsterdam. Our home is currently totally renovated. You’ll have 200 m2 and a big sunny garden for yourself! Unique in Amsterdam!! Our house is only suitable for families with/without children.

Amsterdam penthouse with amazing views

Great penthouse apartment in the heart of IJburg in Amsterdam. IJburg is the newest area, with many interesting architectural projects, like the largest community of houses on water. This apartment is 100 meters from the marina, which has a mediterranean atmosphere with its boats and cafe's around it. Shops for daily groceries are at walking distance (within a 5 minutes walk). The apartment has a roof terrace of over 200 m2. But also from inside there are unlimited views on both sides.

Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

In the city, but still completely outside. Away from the crowds, with large garden and south-facing terraces. On the private water (with floating terraces, swimming ladder and water bike), 10 minutes by bike from downtown Amsterdam, with private parking spaces, this is an ideal base for visiting the Netherlands and Amsterdam. Behind the centuries-old dike, with only views of the water and greenery, you will relax here. A truly unique place with a rural feel and yet in Amsterdam!

Lovely detached light spacious villa on the water. Large kitchen with modern appliances, large fridge and wine cooler. Downstairs is a fireplace and a dining and sitting area with TV. Upstairs on the first floor is a spacious master bedroom with adjoining bathroom with bath and shower. A separate toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the 2nd floor are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 beds each and a 2nd bathroom and separate toilet.

Vacation home in Diemen

Our vacation home is spacious and fully furnished with a luxury kitchen and is located in a quiet, green area in Diemen with free parking. A large park invites you to walk and cycle. Diemen has nice restaurants, stores, bike rental and a market on Wednesdays. With bus 44 that stops at our door, you can reach the train station in Diemen in 5 minutes and the city center of Amsterdam in 10 minutes.

Our unique home provides everything your family needs during a holiday. The house has a huge garden to relax and have a BBQ, borders a beautiful forest for endless walks, and Amsterdam is very easy to reach by public transport and bicycle for city adventures. There is a fireplace and possibilities for a campfire on the patio. There is free parking in this neighborhood and also great access to Amsterdam city center by metro (10 min walking).
