In a separate small building behind our house, you’ll have your own living room/kitchen, separate bedroom, and bathroom. There's free public on-street parking in front of the house. You'll be right next to the Palais des Congrès and the Auditorium, and a short tram ride to the train station, university, and hospital. Nearby supermarkets and other shops. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

Our cottage was created in our old stable. It is located in our farmhouse, an old farm close to our animals on a 10,000 m² plot of land without overlooking. This 40 m² loft-style cottage has a bedroom with a 160/200 bed, a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet. You will have a private terrace and access to the entire property. Pets: cats only.
