The countryside is very close to the city. In an old renovated farmhouse, this sheepfold (entrance and building independent of our personal home) was restored in 2003 and classified as 3-star "furnished tourist accommodation" in 2022. Northern Burgundy as well as Southern Burgundy are easily accessible. Dijon is 15 km away as well as the first village of the wine coast, Marsannay-la-Côte. Varied and charming routes lead to Beaune in 40 minutes. But the Ouche Valley and Auxois also deserve many visits.

Confortable pour une grande famille ou un groupe d’amis , le logement offre trois salles de bain et trois wc. Draps, torchons et tapis de bain fournis. Les serviettes de toilette ne sont pas fournies.

In the heart of the vineyards of the Hautes-Côtes between Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges, you will enjoy the tranquility and calm of the countryside in this old barn that has been completely renovated. Ideally located for hiking (GR7, GR76 etc.) and to discover the rich Burgundian heritage in the surroundings, from Dijon to Clos Vougeot, from Vosne-Romanée to Nuits-Saint-Georges and the famous Hospices de Beaune, our house can accommodate 6 people for a few days or a week.

La Vallée de la Dheune Gîte

You will find calm and serenity in this accommodation close to nature with outdoor spaces to relax with views of the Dheune Valley. This gîte is located 4 km from Santenay les Bains, which has a thermal spa with aqua relaxation area and a summer swimming pool. Tourist and gastronomic region between Saône et Loire and Côte d'Or: many activities including cycling on the greenways (at the bottom of the village). We are 20 minutes from Beaune and 1 hour from Dijon.

L'ORANGERIE welcomes you, calm and light

The Orangerie has a large garden and a large indoor room to accommodate your family and friends. Just 10 minutes from the wine coast. There are 3 real bedrooms with bathrooms nearby, plus a room a little apart that serves as an office or extra bedroom. There is a Zimmermann upright piano. The other 2 nearby cottages, Foudras (4 to 6 people) and the Pavilion (4 to 6 people), allow you to meet and enjoy life together without going through the public road.

Le Petit Sondebois and its private Nordic bath

15 minutes from Beaune and the Grands Crus route, between fields and orchards, this outbuilding benefits from all the comforts: walk-in shower in Burgundy stone, bed of 160*200cm, large exterior... and its Nordic bath, heated by wood fire, to enjoy the garden and the surrounding nature in all seasons. To complete the experience of Burgundy in the great outdoors, we rent electric bikes and will be happy to share the beautiful roads with you.

This spacious 18th century mill combines charm and modern comfort: dining room with open kitchen of 75 m2, veranda of 30 m2, garden of 1000 m2 with pond and waterfall, ping pong table, trampoline and barbecue. Equipped with air conditioning, sauna, patio, 4k video projector. No parties, respect the quiet after 11 p.m., subletting prohibited. You will be by the wine route and at the start of many walks and hikes both on foot and by bike.

Welcome to our 120 m² CHARMING COTTAGE with panoramic views of the Hautes Côtes de Nuits vineyards and a 2000 m² garden. It dates from the 19th century and was completely renovated in 2015. Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

The Mews – a charming, one bedroom apartment

Set back from the road and beautifully converted from an old barn, the Mews has exposed beams, re-pointed stone walls and stone floors. From the enclosed courtyard looking out onto the square, the glass front door leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen. A circular staircase leads to an air-conditioned double bedroom with separate bathroom comprising walk in shower, WC and vanity unit.
