Levanta Unique Country Home Kefalonia

"Levanta" is located at Davgata village just 15' away from Argostoli. Four independent residences, were first built in the early 1900s but were totally renovated in 2017 maintaining the traditional beauty of the area. Our policy is to provide all 4 of them to one party at a time to ensure your privacy. Each one has its own unique identity and comfort. "Levanta" also contains a swimming pool with lounge chairs, a Bbq, an outdoor gym and wonderful gardens that surround the entire one acre plot.

Maestra house in Dilinata, combines both mountain & sea view. Above all, a panoramic view of Argostoli. Its located only 10 minutes away from Argostoli. It is a 2 bedroom house, with 2 Queen size beds. A spacious kitchen, fully equipped! The sitting room has a very cozy armchair, sofa, tv and a unique chess table imported from South Africa. All rooms have A\C units, electric shutters and mosquito nets. A private patio is situated at the back of the house with sunbeds and outdoor furniture.
