Stay in a romantic stone house 300m from the beach

Enjoy the easy life by the seaside in a romantic old town with the proximity to shops and restaurants. Discover all activities that the central family beach of St Enogat offers or find a smaller beach. End your day by discovering the fantastic restaurant food nearby or taking an evening walk near the sea. 200m away from the house, you will find a small grossery shop, two bakeries , a drugstore and a streetmarket taking place once a week during the summer. Don't forget to visit the spa 500m away.

A converted Artist's Studio For Two People with private parking. A hidden gem in Dinan. It has been converted with imagination and flair by two brilliant artisans and me. We've had great fun. Situated down the road from the Chateau and across the road from Dinan's lovely Park. It has it's back to the road. When I rented my house before Covid. I was classed as Superhost by Airbnb. I try to ensure my guests are as comfortable as possible. All essentials provided. 5 nights minimum.

Charmant appartement de 36m2 dans le centre historique de Dinan entièrement rénové. Idéalement situé, vous pourrez profiter pleinement du charme de cette cité médiévale à pied. Notre logement se situe à deux pas de la Place Saint-Sauveur ; le centre historique, la mythique rue du Jerzual et le port sont à quelques pas. La rue est néanmoins très calme malgré son emplacement stratégique. Le petit plus ? Une jolie arrière-cour, aménagée et à l’abri des regards et une place de parking.

Ce logement unique est situé dans une rue calme à proximité immédiate du centre-ville historique de Dol de Bretagne. Il s'agit d'une ancienne ébénisterie entièrement rénovée avec d'excellente prestation. Le Mont Saint-Michel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Dinard et Dinan se trouve à environ 20 minutes de cette petite ville pittoresque. Vous apprécierez les commerces dans la rue principale, le marché diversifié du samedi matin et la vue imprenable du Mont-Dol sur la baie du Mont Saint-Michel.
