The quiet location right by the conservation area does not exclude a very good transport connection. Public transport to the city center and the main train station can be reached in a few minutes on foot. By car, you can reach the A52 in 3 minutes. Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.
