In the immediate vicinity are shops, restaurants, train station and seasonal bus station (e.g. to the mountain railways).

Meine Unterkunft liegt mitten im Dorf, umgeben von Bergen, die zum Ski fahren und wandern einladen. Vom Schlafzimmer aus, sieht man die Skipiste. Die Langlaufloipe ist 50 Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Der Kinderskilift in Valtgeva ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Wellness und Erlebnisbad sind in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe hat es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, Metzger, Sportgeschäft usw. Die Wohnung ist super geeignet für Familien und Paare.

In autumn 2024, a completely modernly renovated and newly furnished sunny one-room apartment in the popular holiday home ski and hiking area. The Sedrun-Cungieri ski resort is just a few minutes away and offers some of the most beautiful ski slopes in the region. You can also hike wonderfully in the surrounding area. Cafés, restaurants, shops, the monastery, the train station and the bus stop to the mountain railways are within walking distance. Welcome in our lovely flat inside a 18th century Castle. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to a very nice Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.
