This beautiful apartment offers you comfort, tranquillity and plenty of natural light. (5-minute walk from the town centre and 10-minute walk from the train station) The two rooms making it up are served by the beautiful 18th century tower common to our house. Your well insulated part of ours by the stairs consists of: -a living room with equipped kitchenette and a cozy living area. - one bedroom with its 160/200 bed, a shower and a separate toilet. From there, you have access to the communal swimming pool, which is heated from mid-June to the end of August.

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
