Stopover on the banks of the Loire

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

This cottage, completely refurbished, offers you a garden with a terrace. Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Studio of 30 m² adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13mn). Close to city center with all shops ; bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. Apartment in Longère on the 1st floor located in the countryside with a large living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace on the ground floor equipped with a garden furniture and barbecue. The accommodation is 60 minutes from the sea, 45 minutes from Puy du Fou, 25 minutes from Clisson (HELLFEST), 20 minutes from the Boissier du Doré Zoo, 15 minutes from the Marché de Vallet etc...
