This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. You can enjoy the proximity of a wide range of cultural sites, shops, excellent restaurants and food shops according to your desires and budget.
