You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Located on the banks of the Loire, 25 minutes from Nantes, this apartment, in the heart of a large house, offers direct access to the Loire by bike. This completely renovated duplex offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a 20 m2 living room, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and upstairs, a large mezzanine with a 160 x 200 bed and two 90 x 200 beds. The accommodation is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV and Wi-Fi. Linens and towels are provided.

Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Welcome to our home We welcome you with joy for a stay among vineyards, mills and the banks of the Loire. Have a coffee facing the vineyards, enjoy the calm of nature, admire the Loire Valley from our hill, hike on the GR, discover the banks of the Loire by bike... this is what drives us here! Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Studio of 30 m² adjoining our house,with independent access. 20 minutes from Nantes by car and 3.5 km from Mauves train station (Nantes 13mn). Close to city center with all shops ; bakery, butcher shop, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. For 2 guests double bed and possibility for another person( sofa bed), a surcharge will be charged). Cosy apartment for 2 travelers near Nantes, in the vineyard.
