The birds will cheerfully chirp you early in the morning and the forest lake will call the brave to a morning swim (12 min walk). Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, these are free of charge.

It is flooded with light and allows a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding area. Relax with the whole family at this idyllic place in the middle of nature. The apartment is in the attic of the residential building of a lovingly renovated four-sided courtyard. The farm is managed organically. It is inhabited by several generations. There are sheep, chickens and pigeons on the farm. The detached farm is located between Leipzig, Dresden and Chemnitz.

Take the whole family to this great accommodation not far from Karl's adventure village, Leipzig, Dreden and Chemnitz with many beautiful corners to explore. However, it is also suitable for mechanics, as the motorway slip road towards Dresden and Leipzig is about 10 minutes from us, and it takes about 25 minutes to get to the motorway via Chemnitz.
