In the middle of the countryside, studio adjoining my house, with independent entrance, including a kitchenette, a bedroom with a 140 bed, a shower room with Italian shower and private terrace. The 10m X 5m swimming pool, sunbeds, is shared with myself. Dining shelter equipped with a plancha, table + 4 chairs. Ping pong table. We are located in Belvès at 10kms, charming medieval village, Castelnaud at 10kms, Domme at 18kms, Sarlat at 20kms. The pool is open in late May.

Whether you’re dining on your private shady terrace or taking in a dip in the 11m x 5m swimming pool (shared with the owners and open from 09H00 – 20h00). The property is nestled on the edge of a small chateau estate and the owners are the only neighbours within view. Perfect for a romantic winter getaway!

Unusual and cozy, charming house backed by the cliff. In a small pedestrian alley, right next to the tropical gardens, in the middle of the village of La Roque Gageac. Mild climate at all times due to its south-facing exposure. And thanks to the protection of the cliff, of which you will find a piece in the living room and bedroom. Very nice view from the terrace of the Dordogne River.
