Welcome to our peaceful retreat, ideally located for a comfortable and memorable stay. This home combines stone charm, modernity, and convenience. A stone's throw from the center of Dolus d 'Oléron and 15 minutes by bike from Le Treuil beach. Our accommodation offers a living room with seating area and equipped kitchen, a shower room and upstairs a bedroom( attention the staircase that leads to the bedroom is steep and narrow!!!). A small outdoor area great for eating and getting some fresh air.

Superb property of 2 separated houses, in the city center of Dolus d'Oléron. In a non passing street, close from a small place. Entirely renovated, fully furbished and equipped with taste. The main house, the Swallow, is made of a large and luminous living room with a direct view to the pool, Open kitchen, and under the roof space for children. 4 bedrooms including 2 parental suites, and 1 additionnal bathroom. Seprated WCs. Large and opened, it will be the ideal living space for all your stay.

On the ground floor, equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, induction stove, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster...) open to living room (TV, sofa, armchair...). Bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs, 1 bedroom with double bed 140 x 190, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 190 and baby bed, 1 mezzanine with sofa bed 140 x 190. Less than 10 minutes by bike or 3 minutes by car: ILEO aquatic center, Intermarché, town center. Native to the island, we can advise you on your outings and activities. PLEASE NOTE: from July 27 to August 31, bookings are only from Saturday to Saturday.
