Close to the resorts, 10 mm from Megève, 15 mm Chamonix, ideal for skiing and hiking. At 1 a.m. Geneva, Annecy and Italy. Close to Lake Passy. Private terrace furnished table, barbecue. Pool to share. Parasols, sunbathing.

In an old farmhouse refurbished to new, a bright and comfortable apartment, overlooking a large private plot, with garden, fountain, terraces for outdoor dining... fenced if you have pets. A quiet and charming place, but close to all the activities and interesting places the area has to offer. Beautiful aperitif and barbecue evenings overlooking Mont Blanc! Sun in the morning. Studio 2 people facing south overlooking Mont Blanc 10 minutes from the thermal baths of Saint Gervais, Megeve 20 minutes away, Chamonix 30 minutes away. Essential car! Fully self-contained accommodation, smoking outside thank you, parking place on site. Fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, oven, microwave oven, stove, NOT SUITABLE for people over 1m80 Bathroom: toilet + bathtub. Comfortable double bed, sheets all supplied Baby bed as needed.
