Quelques minutes à pied des commerces (restaurants, bars, patinoire) ainsi que des remontées mécaniques donnant accès au domaine Évasion Mont-Blanc -Saint Gervais, Megève. À deux minutes de deux boulangeries et d’un magasin pour la location du matériel de ski. Je serai ravie de vous conseiller, afin de vous faire passer un séjour inoubliable!

Comfortable studio in a chalet near the center

Comfortable studio on the ground floor of a nice chalet, conveniently located, close to the center of Sallanches (10 min walk, 3 min bike), in a small quiet subdivision, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Lake Passy is 10 minutes by bike, the first ski resort 20 minutes by car (Combloux), Chamonix 30 minutes. The studio has a small but basic equipped kitchenette, a separate entrance, a desk to work and a bathroom, as well as a beautiful view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille de Warens!

The modern kitchen features sleek cabinetry and a wooden dining table with four high stools. A retro-style fridge in a muted tone complements the space, while natural light enters through the doorway, highlighting the neutral colour palette and textured wall elements.

One bedroom apartment ideally located in a quiet street in the heart of the village of Saint Gervais. A 15 minutes walk to Le Bettex ski lift, It is close to all amenities including the tourist office and the ski school. The free shuttle to the Bettex ski lift is just down the road. (With a surface area of 39 m2, it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (because the size of the sofa bed mattress is 140cm*180cm). The apartment also has a ski locker.

Cozy and romantic ground floor apartment in a comfortable Savoyard chalet: fully equipped kitchen, walk-in shower, separate toilet, sitting area with electric fireplace and underfloor heating, TV, office area in the bedroom. Large terrace equipped with breathtaking aerial view of Combloux les Aravis and Les Fiz, only 1.5 km from the Princess of Megève cable car (Evasion Mont Blanc area), start of many walks (snowshoe loan). Free parking in front of the apartment.
