The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Surrounded by forest and meadows, the house has a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. The house has 1,200 square meters of natural garden/forest. With open eyes and ears you can experience many forest dwellers. In the morning squirrels, the kite at noon, deer in the evening or the owl at night. A squirrel feeding station, binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Connection to public transport is available. The Agra exhibition grounds are only a 10-minute walk away. No animals are allowed out of consideration for subsequent guests.

Leipzig's waterways can be explored with your own 2-person kayak for a small surcharge.

Bergwitz Lake with a sandy beach and volleyball courts is a few minutes away and Wittenberg, Wörlitzer Park, Dessau and Oranienbaum are nearby destinations.
