Both lakes can be reached within 10–15 minutes by bike. Fully equipped kitchen. Local village shop within walking distance. Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

Our house has two separate bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a huge shower. Many beautiful cycle paths along the Danube or the Zusam. Your Jura coffee machine with oat & almond milk is already ready. You are welcome to meet us to celebrate, also with family and friends, by prior arrangement

Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Stylish apartment on the edge of Augsburg's old town

Lovingly furnished and completely modernized apartment directly below Augsburg's Maximlianstrasse in the historic center of Augsburg. Many restaurants, bars, shopping arcades and theaters within walking distance in a few minutes. The Augsburger Puppenkiste is also only a few hundred meters away. The historic old town, the Fuggerei and Augsburg's pedestrian zone around the town hall can also be explored on foot from there.

The house from 1693 was lovingly restored. The old construction was completely preserved, but equipped with many modern conveniences. My farmhouse is suitable for couples, nature lovers, solo travelers, families.

Vacation home in the countryside

My place is close to Donauwörth, Nördlingen, Treuchtlingen and Wemding. It is a simply equipped, rural and very cheap! Apartment, "quite basic," to which you should not apply a hotel standard. The bathroom is one staircase lower and is only for guests. Ideal for a stopover! NOT for hotel testers and design experts! We speak English, French, Spanish. Pets are welcome and there is plenty of parking

Spacious attic apartment near Ingolstadt

The light-flooded apartment is located in the attic of our house (2nd floor). It was newly built in 2020 and with its 100 m² offers plenty of space to stay. On the large loggia you can sit in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and dryer can be used in the basement.

Our romantic gallery apartment is part of our farm, which is in an idyllic secluded location (with a neighboring farm next door) only 1.3 km from the north shore of Lake Großer Brombach (Allmannsdorf). The apartment has a cozy garden with a walnut tree, gazebo and barbecue.
