Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

In a historic building, this apartment combines the highest standards with old-school flair. Whether Südstrand, Nordseepassage and train station, restaurants, cinema and the Pumpwerk cultural center, everything is within a few minutes' walk. In addition to the possibilities in the area, the apartment with two bedrooms and a large living and dining area offers the possibility of a cozy stay. The newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower and whirlpool tub invites you to relax.

"FeWo Krabbenbude" - modern & within walking distance of the beach

We lovingly renovated our "Krabbenbude" in the summer and fulfilled a cozy living dream for ourselves. A modern open kitchen invites you to cook with lots of accessories. Both bedrooms are equipped with box spring beds - for upscale sleeping comfort. The large and cozy living-dining area with electric fireplace offers plenty of space for the whole family. Fiberglass is also available free of charge. You are welcome to bring a dog by arrangement.

Monument-protected bakery in the town center of Rysum: Live in exceptional ambiance. Spacious living-dining kitchen, three bedrooms, bathroom with corner tub, one shower room. Light-flooded living room with TV in the gable. Wifi but wobbly! Two small terraces. Bicycle shed. The path to the small "secret" beach by car: From Rysum to Emden, turn right towards KNOCK, turn to the end of the road (STRANDLUST), park your car and walk north on the water...

The apartment "kleines Nordlicht" in the Villa Dühringshof welcomes you in Dornum, 22 km from Norddeich train station and 26 km from the German Sielhafenmuseum. The property is 40 km from Jever. The apartment features a bedroom separate from the living area, cable TV, an equipped kitchenette, a washing machine, 1 bathroom with shower and a huge garden with seating area. The apartment is on the first floor and is not barrier-free

"Okko 14" Cozy townhouse with garden

The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality. Witnesses to its old age are the original parquet and plank floors in the living rooms and bedrooms and terrazzo floors in the kitchen. The house is very carefully furnished with beautiful softwood antiques. In sunshine, life takes place outside on the terrace in the enclosed garden.

Here you can simply switch off, relax in the fully equipped and cozy house, enjoy nature and sauna in the garden, stroll in the city center in ten minutes or simply drive to the sea (about 7 km to the beach). Shopping, bakery, train station and bus station are only 700 m or a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation is only rented out temporarily for a few weeks a year, as it is my own main apartment (private living space).

The approximately 60 m² attic apartment is located in a well-kept, listed townhouse in the city center of Aurich. The pedestrian zone as well as sports facilities with De Baalje or the harbor area are within walking distance. Close to shopping (food, drugstore). The proximity to the coast and the swimming lake Tannenhausen are perfect for day trips. The apartment was newly expanded and equipped in 2015/2016.

The studio on Wilhelminenhof

Feel comfortable in our cozy studio (“green room”) on the Wilhelminenhof. The light-flooded room is modeled after a hotel room with a spacious bathroom and large shower. The traditional Wilhelminenhof has been telling history for over a century and now you can be a part of it. Your terrace is on the south side. The North Sea is about 1 km away and the nearest town of Dornumersiel is 1 km away.

Welcome to our vacation farm. If you want to spend your vacation on the East Frisian North Sea coast, we would be happy to welcome you as a guest in our house in Utgast. Our apartments Spiekeroog and Wangerooge are about 50 m² and equipped for 1 - 3 people. If the apartment is shown as occupied, the other one may still be available. So feel free to ask if there is interest.

Our apartment is located in the former living area of an old and extensively renovated Gulfhof, at the foot of the dike, in the midst of a nature reserve. High ceilings, thick beams, large wooden windows with a great view into the East Frisian landscape and a modern decor with great attention to detail make this apartment a place to come down and relax.
