Essen trade fair: about 10 minutes; Düsseldorf trade fair: about 30 minutes Düsseldorf Airport: about 20 minutes; CentrO: about 25 minutes (each by car)

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Small 2 room approx. 50 sqm ground floor flat in a 6-family house in a quiet dead end in a industrial park in Bottrop Grafenwald. Movie Park can be reached in approx. 10 minutes by car, Westfield Centro or Schalke Arena in approx. 20 minutes, but there is also a good bus connection (approx. 100 m). A small supermarket is approx. 1 km away, a petrol station open 24/7 approx. 300 m and the Grafenmühle holiday area approx. 3 km away. Larger supermarkets are located within a radius of approx. 4 km.

We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.
