Place is very clean and quiet. Ideal for rest after work. Host is always available to help and answer questions. Parking is one of a kind. Host cleaned the area promptly after snowfall. Very well lit outside and inside. As a runner I found difficulties with running long distances but plenty of areas for running intervals and hills.

Our stay at Marilyn's was great. She was so hospitable and helpful. The home was beautiful and we especially liked the backyard and the living room. It was close to all the things that we wanted to do and it was easy to come and go. Marilyn made sure had everything we needed including returning an item that we accidentally left behind. We loved the dog Lily and she definitely added to our stay with her playfulness and energy.

I had a great time at Sherwin‘s Place! The room is spacious, clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Really liked the comfortable bed. There is also a shared bathroom, a washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with all the appliances one can think of. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and close to the commuter rail which gets you into central Boston in around 25min. Best of all, Sherwin is a great and kind host and very quick to respond to messages. I just booked another month because I really enjoyed my stay!

Virginia is a GREAT host! Location was perfect and easily accessible to other town rods if you want to avoid traffic. Bed was Ohhh sooo comfy. This property was a perfect location for me to get to work and being on the road for the week, easily accessible to other towns to avoid traffic. The property itself is so historic and interesting! Room was great, clean and the bed was just what I needed after a long day. Virginia knows I will be back again when work calls! Thank you for a great stay!
