Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Downtown Chicago

Wonderful stay at this Air B&B, loved the space! A perfect retreat for an adult getaway! The layout was nice for two couples with two en-suite bedrooms and off street parking. The hot tub was clean and chemically balanced. Checking in and out was very easy with no chores (a unique and appreciated feature). Adequately stocked for kitchen. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean! The host was one of the most responsive and attentive hosts we have experienced. The host also checked in to ensure the stay was going well. Provided a good balance of engagement without being overbearing. The space and host are highly recommended. Would stay again and would consider other locals with the same host if available.

Really enjoyed Steven’s place! It was comfortable and spacious, and had everything we needed. Great location that’s not far from Chicago, and lots of shops and restaurants just blocks away. Cute little neighborhood and small town feel. Steven was easy to work with and really responsive. Would love to stay again when we’re in the area!

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. Everything was as I expected, and the property was wonderful and the host was very responsive and very accommodating. The property is located very close to major shopping centers & restaurants, and it was a fantastic experience.

Me and my partner booked this reservation to celebrate our five year anniversary. Daniel (and titan) was so kind and helpful with everything and even put up a happy anniversary sign which was so sweet! The treehouse itself was beautiful and so cozy! We had such a great time :)

Overall we had an amazing time we brought our dogs and they had plenty of space to run around Tim also let us stay a bit after check out because we were running late. Definitely will stay here again!

Exactly as described and pictured. Fairly quiet spot for the city. Several top-tier restaurants in really close proximity. Hot-tub is not as private as I first thought; however, we never saw anyone near or around the back patio during our whole stay. Free parking was easy and convenient.

Thomas and Cynthia were great hosts and the place was beautiful! Location was great and made it easy to get anywhere in town we wanted. The bath tub and shower were a huge plus! The place really felt like home for our week long stay. They made check in and check out very easy, as well as providing very good instructions for parking and in house amenities. Highly recommend, and will keep this place in mind if we ever visit Chicago again!

Our three-night stay here was perfect. The condo was very spacious and modern, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen had every amenity and the master bath shower was amazing. The garage space was a huge bonus. Perfect location for us, with the garage facing the well-lit alley behind our daughter's apartment. Very close walk to the Blue Line and restaurants. Safe area. We plan to stay here every time we visit, if it's available! Thanks to Bryan and Barb for being such gracious hosts.

This small quaint home packs a HUGE punch when it comes to amenities and that home away from home feel. We couldn't have asked for more in an airbnb during our stay in the Chicago area. From the kuerig, to the decor, to the hot tub to the amazing bathroom and shower, this Airbnb had everything we needed and everything we didn't even know we wanted. I would HIGHLY recommend this airbnb along with the amazing and attentive hosts to anyone traveling through the area.
