Holiday rentals with a sauna in Downtown Chicago

Amazing apartment in an amazing location, with an amazing host that thinks about all the little details, and makes sure you’ll have a wonderful stay. We had such a great time, so peaceful and yet close to public transportation and to so many fun cafes and restaurants. Larissa is very welcoming and generous, and the communication with her was so nice and smooth. Definitely a place I’d make an effort to come back to in my next Chicago visit.

So happy I booked this place!!! I’ve been to Chicago many times and this has been one of my favorite visits. The apartment with those big beautiful windows is worth the price alone - and the added amenities are a great extra perk. Stephanie was very helpful and even let us drop our bags off a little early. Highly recommend!!

We had trouble with the heat, but they got right on it once it was reported. Make sure you have the full detailed instructions to get in as it would be very difficult without them, it is much more than a four digit code. The couch was what I expected but understand you are literally in the middle of the open floor plan so right next to the door, face into the kitchen, and adjacent to the common bathroom. Thankfully I was normally the last one in and first one out & the other two couples were extremely nice and considerate, but just understand what you are signing up so not to be disappointed.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath South Loop apartment was perfect for our New Year’s Eve getaway! The 24-hour front desk made check-in and deliveries effortless, and the key fob access added extra security. Stephanie was a phenomenal host, even accommodating us with extra face towels. The location is unbeatable—close to everything—and the friendly neighbors and staff made it feel so welcoming. Would absolutely stay here again! Stephanie was amazing!

Wow! This place is amazing, comfortable beds, ample room in the living room and kitchen and amazing common areas in the building. Would definitely come back! Stephanie is a wonderful host, very kind and responsive.

I had an amazing stay at Stephanie’s place! The home was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect and close to everything yet in a quiet and relaxing area. Stephanie was incredibly responsive when I reached out to her. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago

Stayed for 4 nights at Larissa’s place. Great location - countless coffee shops, restaurants, pubs, parks, etc. Very walkable. Larissa was very nice. Made efforts to make me feel like it was my own home during the stay. Shared bathroom and kitchen, if privacy is desired this is not an issue at all as Larissa would give plenty of space, and the odd time she was around, she was lovely to chat with. Would recommend this place for sure to anyone wanting to stay in a nice place near a lot of attractions in Chicago.

Mrs Jackie was a wonderful person to meet she was like another mother to me. She was very helpful and made you feel right at home. She gave her residents privacy you wouldn’t even know she was there but was there if we had any concerns or questions taught us some history about her home and herself the stay was so quiet and peaceful I didn’t want to leave! The parking was great the area was beautiful and it was about 45 minutes from the city which was still a wonderful drive to site see. Mrs. Jackie made me feel welcome coming and when it was time to go. If you were religious she had a place you can read the word or pray even if you wanted to go outside on the deck just beautiful. Kitchen was open if you wanted to cook instead of eating out as long as you cleaned up after yourself theater was amazing felt like you were really at the movies. Jacuzzi was nice at night and peaceful. I highly recommend your stay here she was an awesome and amazing host. When I come back this is the spot!

Very large space that was accommodating of our large group. The kitchen / dining room setup is perfect for hosting and the fully finished basement is a great space. Vaida was responsive and helpful with specific requests! Would recommend for large groups looking for a nice stay and plenty of space.

Really cute place, great location and easy to access the train! Loves the large fully stocked kitchen, it made home cooked meals while traveling very easy.

Went with two other couples for a weekend in Chicago and Austin's place was perfect. His responsiveness might be the best I've had--was super friendly and very timely. I was in charge of finding lodging for picky travelers and everyone loved it! The place was super clean, in a great neighborhood that's walking friendly. It was too cold for us to sit outside, but the backyard would be a great gathering spot in warmer weather. Cute little coffee shop about 300 feet away and restaurants just blocks away. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property. The pictures were accurate and the owners were very responsive. It was very peaceful and had any amenity that you could think of, all our needs were met. Very happy with the stay.

I stayed here with a group of friends for spring break. An absolutely beautiful home and private location. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful whenever we needed clarification on anything, and they were quick with responses. We had an amazing experience and would stay at this location again. 10/10 would recommend.
