Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Little Rock

Very nice place to stay not in a bad spot at all price was super reasonable and Robby was very responsive and respectful would definitely stay again!

What a great place. So comfortable and accommodating, especially acknowledging that we have fur kids. They care and communication, even in the house rules book, did not come across like “oh you have dogs…don’t do this”. Instead came across like it is recognized like they are family. (Would you tell kids to stay off the furniture? lol) The location is perfect to downtown & the freeways. And walkable to the Bark Bar. We highly recommend Heather’s place and hope she welcomes us back when we return to Arkansas again as we do often.

Stephanie is the perfect host!!!She provided the perfect Arb experience and all the extra ammendities made my stay stress free.The unit is clean and was above all my expectations
