Texas Grounds Coffee Co. Bed and Breakfast

Nestled in the heart of Old Town Helotes, our 107-year old house is home to our beautiful bed and breakfast upstairs and our incredible coffee shop downstairs! The space is the entire second floor! With tons of natural light, feel free to people watch from the sunroom, or snuggle in the cozy living room! Enjoy the double-headed shower! Delicious smells of pastries and coffee roasting on site tempt you into the shop early! Check out the surrounding antique shops, clothing boutiques and more!

Riverwalk King Suite with whirlpool tub & pool

This large and luxurious suite is located on the first floor of the Oge House, a historic mansion located in Downtown San Antonio's King William Historic District and right on the Riverwalk. The bathroom is done in polished granite with a large double whirlpool tub and separate shower. It has its own private entrance, so there is no need to enter any shared space to enter and exit the room. Guests also have access to our pool and heated spa directly across the street at our Carriage House.

Enjoy this stylish suite with a king-sized bed and an adjoining room that has a twinbed in a small adjoining room. When you want to get out and enjoy the fresh air, just step outside your door to your private downstairs patio and view of the courtyard. Includes flat screen T.V., walk-in tile shower, refrigerator in-room, and Keurig coffee machine is in your room as well as, in the dining room. Small Continental style Breakfast is available by 8am in the dining room.

Mockingbird Suite is an attic room located above the Innkeeper/ owner's residence. The suite is Private, Quiet and Comfortable If you want peace and quiet - then this is the room for you! **No Views of the Riverwalk** - but with a french door private entrance, it's one of our largest rooms making it a great getaway. Private bathroom with a stand-up shower, King size bed, an additional twin bed and a private balcony.

Now a Bed and Breakfast, O'Casey's is a century-old home located in San Antonio's wonderful Monte Vista Historic District. Located upstairs in the Main House, Londonderry is a large Suite that has 2 Queen size beds that sleeps max of 4 guests, with an en suite bathroom. Small continental breakfast is available in the dining room by 8am before you start your day!.
